  1. Preču cenas

Visas interneta vietnēs www.andritocoffee.lv/www.andritokafija.lv/www.cochele.lv/www.cochele.eu (turpmāk tekstā VIETNĒS) redzamo preču cenas ir norādītas ar pievienotās vērtības nodokli EUR valūtā.

Visiem pircējiem vai noteiktām pircēju kategorijām pastāvīgi vai uz noteiktu laika periodu (atlaižu akciju laikā) ir iespējams iegūt un izmantot atlaižu kodu, kas dod katrā konkrētā gadījumā atsevišķi noteiktu atlaidi pirkumam VIETNĒS.

Pastāvīgie atlaižu kodi:

  • Latvijas Goda ģimeņu 3+ karšu īpašniekiem ar atlaižu kodu: 3+ tiek piešķirta 10% atlaide (pirms pasūtījuma sagatavošanas tiek veikta pārbaude, vai personai ir derīga 3+ karte).

  1. Pasūtījuma noformēšanas kārtība:

Noformējot pasūtījumu VIETNĒS, Jums ir jānorāda nepieciešamā informācija rēķina izrakstīšanai vai norēķiniem tiešsaistē (izmantojot internetbankas savienojumu vai norēķinus ar karti). Rēķins tiks automātiski sagatavots pamatojoties uz Jūsu noformēto pasūtījumu un tajā norādīto informāciju. Visi personas dati, ko Jūs sniedzat, tiks izmantoti tikai pasūtījuma noformēšanai un piegādei.

  1. Pasūtījuma apmaksa

VIETNĒS veikto pasūtījumu apmaksa notiek EUR valūtā.

Apmaksu par pasūtījumu iespējams veikt:

  • izvēloties saņemt priekšapmaksas rēķinu, ko apmaksā ar bankas pārskaitījumu;
  • izvēloties savienojumu ar internetbanku un apmaksājot uzreiz (būs pieejams no 2020. gada aprīļa);
  • izvēloties apmaksu ar bankas karti (būs pieejams no 2020. gada aprīļa).

  2. Iegādājoties dāvanu karti uz kafijas meistarklasi, tā tiks nosūtīta elektroniskā veidā uz Jūsu norādīto e-pasta adresi 1 (vienas) darba dienas laikā no priekšapmaksas rēķina apmaksas (diena, kad rēķinā norādītā naudas summa ir ienākusi ACR bankas kontā).
  3. Apmaksājot kafijas meistarklasi vai iegādājoties dāvanu karti meistarklases apmeklējumam, Jums tiek rezervēta vieta /-as uz pasākumu konkrētā datumā. Ja vēlaties, lai Jums vai kafijas meistarklases dāvanu kartes saņēmējam būtu iespēja 1 (vienu) reizi savu apmeklējumu pārcelt uz tuvāko meistarklasi, kurā vēl ir brīvas vietas, Jums, veicot pirkumu, tas jāatzīmē speciāli tam paredzētā vietā. Šajā gadījumā Jūsu rēķinā būs iekļauta pārcelšanas maksa – EUR 3,00 (ar PVN). Jāņem vērā, ka pārcelšana arī šajā gadījumā ir iespējama tikai, ja par to brīdina vismaz 3 (trīs) darba dienas pirms datuma, uz kuru ir rezervēta vieta /-as.
  4. ACR ir tiesīgs vākt datus par VIETŅU lietotājiem (tai skatā jums), izmantojot sīkdatnes („Cookies”), lai uzlabotu lietotājiem pieejamos pakalpojumus. Sīkdatnes ir datnes, ko tīmekļa vietnes izvieto lietotāju datoros, lai atpazītu lietotāju un atvieglotu tam vietnes izmantošanu. Interneta pārlūkprogrammas var konfigurēt tā, lai tās brīdina lietotāju par sīkdatņu izmantošanu un ļauj izvēlēties, vai lietotājs piekrīt tās pieņemt. Aizliegums izmantot sīkdatnes neliegs jums iespēju lietot VIETNES, taču tas var būtiski ierobežot jūsu vietnes izmantošanas iespējas. Papildus tam serveri reģistrēs jūsu interneta protokola (IP) adresi, pārlūkprogrammas veidu, valodu iestatījumu, operētājsistēmu, interneta pakalpojumu sniedzēju (IPS) un datuma/ laika zīmogu un laiku, kas pavadīts VIETŅU sadaļās. Šo informāciju ACR vāc un izmanto tikai, lai nodrošinātu ērtu un drošu tīmekļa vietnes darbību, kā arī statistikas veidošanas vajadzībām, proti, lai uzzinātu vairāk par VIETŅU apmeklētāju darbībām VIETNĒ un analizētu apmeklētāju lietošanas pieredzi.

  1. Prices of goods

The prices of goods on all web sites www.andritocoffee.lv/www.andritokafija.lv/www.cochele.lv/www.cochele.eu (hereinafter referred to as SITES) are specified with value added tax in EUR currency.

It is possible for all buyers or certain categories of buyers to obtain and use a discount code on a permanent basis or for a specified period of time (during promotional discounts), which gives a separate discount on purchases on SITES in each specific case.

Permanent discount codes:

  • For Latvian Honorary Families 3+ Cardholder with discount code: LGG3+ get a 10% discount (with pre-order verification to confirm that the person has a valid 3+ card).

  1. The procedure of order processing:

When placing an order on SITES, you must provide the information required for invoicing or online payments (via Internet banking connection or card payments). The invoice will be automatically generated based on your processed order and the information provided in it. All personal data you provide will be used for the purpose of order placing and delivering only.

  1. Order Payment

Orders placed on the SITES shall be paid in EUR.

Payment for the order can be made:

  • by opting to receive a prepaid invoice to be paid by bank transfer.
  • by opting to connect to the Internet Bank and paying immediately (will be available from April 2020);
  • by opting a bank card payment (will be available from April 2020).

  2. Acquiring a Gift Card for a Coffee Master Class you will receive it electronically to the email address provided by you within 1 (one) business days from the date of payment of the prepaid invoice (the day of receiving the amount indicated in the invoice in the ACR bank account).
  3. By paying for a Coffee Master Class or purchasing a Gift Card for a Class visit, you will be booked for an event on a specific date. If you or the recipient of the Coffee Master Class Gift Card wish to have the opportunity to reschedule your visit 1 (one) time to the nearest Master Class that still has free seats, you must make a note of it in a specially designated place when making your purchase. In this case, a transfer fee of EUR 3.00 (VAT included) will be included in your invoice. Please note that the reschedule in this case too is possible only by prior notification of at least 3 (three) working days prior to the date of reservation.
  4. Cookies. ACR has the right to collect data about the SITE users (including you) through the use of Cookies to improve the services available to them. Cookies are files that websites place on users’ computers in order to recognize the user and facilitate their use of the site. Internet browsers can be configured to alert the user of the use of cookies and allow them to choose whether or not they accept it. Prohibiting the use of cookies will not deprive you from the opportunity to use the SITES, but it may significantly limit your ability to use the Site. In addition, the servers will register your Internet Protocol (IP) address, browser type, language setting, operating system, Internet Service Provider (ISP), and date/time stamp and time spent in the SITES sections. This information is collected and used by ACR solely for the purpose of providing a convenient and secure operation of the Website and for statistical purposes, namely, to learn more about the SITE visitors’ activities on the SITE and to analyze the visitor experience.
